I will share this week with you three simple steps to help you grow your business. Let’s face it; this is not a fair discussion. No matter what stage you are at in your business building blocks, you can either be a solo entrepreneur or an experienced authentic business owner (Enlightened C.A.S.T.L.E.). As a coach, author, speaker, trainer, leader, and expert, you will always appreciate simple and practical ways to increase your authenticity and business success and improve your results. You can attract more clients, make a bigger positive impact, increase your income, create new products and services, lead live events (virtually or in-person), grow your client base, and uplevel your brand.
The place where most passionate professionals (Enlightened C.A.S.T.L.E. The hardest thing for passionate professionals (Enlightened C.A.S.T.L.E.) is to know what to do daily. This means knowing which activities to prioritize and where to place them at the top of their “to-do” list. But more importantly, how to keep your mind, heart, and soul strong when your business is far from the business of dreams.
It is important to have the right business model, which is authentic, true, and works for you, along with the right structures, strategies, and systems.
Suppose you are not impacting your life and earning income by doing what you love (making a difference by sharing your passion and being richly rewarded for it). In that case, you should focus on getting your first 5-10 clients at higher rates and building a business you love.
Trust me; you will experience confusion, frustration, and overwhelming every time you reach the next level in your business. This is because every time you take the first step on your true business success ladder, there will be a mixture of the old and new phases. You may be excited about the new direction of your business development, and then you will find yourself overwhelmed, crying, and confused.
When going through business growth and transformation, I follow three simple steps to help me stay focused, confident, and focused. This allows me to keep my business thriving without struggling and avoid overwhelm. These tips can be saved to your computer or board. They will help you transform and make your business more successful with grace, enthusiasm, and ease.
Simple Step 1: Transform your mind, heart, and soul from the old paradigm of authentic business success to the new.
Yes, that’s right. You can change how you think, feel, and do things so that the NEW way is available. How do you achieve that?
Here’s how it works: I will tell you. My favorite mindset tip (heart-set and soul-set) is to ask, “What would an authentic, super successful business owner do?” Or, “What would your role model/business mentor look like?” Or “What would your favorite enlightened entrepreneur (C.A.S.T.L.E.) do?” do? This is the type of question that you should ask to get a fresh perspective. I always do. This is how I think about my business when deciding or moving forward. I do this so I can take small steps each day, have quantum leaps, and make significant income and impact improvements while still creating a business that I love.
It works. The transformative truth is that it works. You want to be the most fulfilled, successful person you can imagine.
Step 2: To create consistent cash flow in your business, first focus on I.P.A.s (Income Producing Activities).
These income-producing activities are the most important, and you should focus on them first. They will create steady cash flow in your company, which is the “Queen” of your business. No matter where you are in your business life, it would help to decide how much cash you need to generate the income and positive impact you desire. This includes paying your bills, covering your expenses, and giving you peace of mind. It is important to be clear, specific, and focused on the amount you need to reach your goals.
Along with others I teach, these strategies will help you be proactive and prosperous in your outlook and mindset regarding your income and impact. Always ask yourself, “Is it an income-producing activity?” It should be at the top of your priority list if it is. Focus on income-producing activities (I.P.A.s) to ensure consistent cash flow.
Simple Step #3: How you start your day determines your Authentic Business Success
The further transformational truth is that your business’s success will depend on how you start your work day. Why? Why?
My best tip is to begin your day with the top three priorities (= key actions) that will bring you consistent cash flow, new clients, partners, and referrals. You can create a weekly, monthly, and daily plan to guide you to greater impact and income; before getting distracted by other tasks, such as checking your email or looking at the work of others, make sure to write down these priorities and get to work.
